A gentle, guided experience from wherever you are.
We begin with a conversation and intention-setting, then move into breath, visualization, drumming and guided journeying. You’ll receive reflections and practices to support your integration afterward. Clients report feeling more clarity and deeply grounded.

🌿 In-Person Earth-Centered Healing
A deeply nurturing, embodied experience in Nederland.
Sessions may include plant brushings, hot stones, herbal baths, drumming, ritual, abdominal work, energetic practices, and guided journeying. Everything is tailored to you and what you're ready for. Clients usually feel deeply relaxed, nourished and more whole post session.
